Using small movements, we will make important connections in the body and give you solutions to move better and feel better. This is an exercise based class. Come along and use the healing energies of the drum to connect with your inner self, others and the world around us. You do not need to be at all musical to benefit from this therapeutic activity! Bring your own drum if you have one (either a frame or a djembe drum is suitable), but we will also provide a small number of drums for you to use.
