Using small movements, we will make important connections in the body and give you solutions to move better and feel better. This is an exercise based class. Paul Leigh and Gill Page, musicians and Dan Osbaldeston, actor
Trouvère perform three different stories about the original wily trickster and antihero of the Middle Ages. A great family show with colourful sets and live music. Indoors, in the spacious performance room, and outdoors by the duck pond if fine.

This 13km multi-terrain single lap race climbs above and descends back into the picturesque Dales village of Grewelthorpe (near Masham) and finishes just outside the village. Make your way to the village hall after your race and enjoy your free tea/coffee and soup.
